I am a Registered Psychotherapist working virtually in Ottawa to support individuals and couples. I am interested in helping you break cycles of thinking and behaviour that no longer serve you.
My mission as a teacher is to create a safe and inclusive space where we can connect to our authentic selves and shine our lights brightly. Yoga is for everybody and every body.

Our signature workshop is back to offer 2 luxurious hours of a complete wellness experience.

Restorative yin postures, combined with mini-
massages and essential oils to relax your body, clear your mind, and nourish your spirit.
This practice will focus specifically on your hips and your heart which are two areas that can hold significant tightness and have a ripple effect of discomfort through your whole body.
